Gone are the days where our colleagues need to stand and go from here and there just to get job cards, client information and related matters. With this wireless connection, their laptops are linked to the main hub that provides them the necessary information they need when they are attending to our clients. The new wireless system also allows our colleagues to further enhance their efficiency and make them more effective in client servicing. Through this system, they are able to attend to our customers’ needs in a more personal way. Instead of them being stuck to their work stations, they can now move, bring their laptops and seat together with our clients at the reception area that eventually gives them a friendlier atmosphere of service.
